One of our testers is getting a pop-up message : "Run Results for this run session are not available" everytime she runs a test and the results dont display. We experienced this issue with 2 other testers and the proposed solution from support was a re-install. It worked with one of them and with the other, we were able to resolve it on our end by moving the tests around to different locations and the issue went away. With this one, we did a re-install and moving around did not help.
