Run Results for this session are not available in ALM

We are running some tests using the new UFT 12.52 runtime only engine, and the results will not open in ALM. It says the Run Results for this session are not available in ALM. I am having the same issue when using the full version of UFT 12.52 and pushing the results into ALM. We have not had any issues with 12.02 UFT doing this. We are on ALM 12.20.

Try this, I think it is because of the version of ALM you are on, the test results are probably saving in HTML, try switching them in UFT to save as ''Run Results Viewer report'' See below: https://eyeontesting.com/answers/run-results-are-not-accessible-through-hp-qcalm-wh/#gsc.tab=0 Marked as spam
