Run results is not reflecting in the ALM?

Hi I am using UFT11.53.I noticed supposed I opened scripts manually and run set as option run result in ALM its not reflected in the test lab .But its reflecting when I was directly run from ALM test lab. there is any parches are required??IInstalled UFTALM-00038.Please suggesst me? Note:It was working in QTP11, but not in UFT

Hello Thiru, If you open the test instance and the run instance you should notice a column to the right that says draft run. If draft run is set to Y the results from that run will not be used for the test instance status. This is standard behavior for running a test from UFT. Marked as spam
