Run Results Viewer not able to connect to ALM

Whenever I try to Launch a Report through the Launch button in QC for Test Results I get an error message indicating that an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" so I can not view the test results with the RunResultsViewer. I’ve tried re-running the Install in Repair mode to no avail. Not sure what to do…
