schema exception for site admin

We are getting an error in the final phase of the installation stating that there are extra columns in the site admin schema. I know how to specify an exception file for a project, but where can I do this for the site admin?

The schemaexceptions.xml file for the site admin is in the installation path instead of the deployment path. By default, you can find it here: C:Program FilesHPALMdatasaAdminMaintenanceDataschemaexcpetions.xml Marked as spam
