The Debug Console should correctly report the current JAVA HEAP settings and usage.
It will also show database connections at peak times.
If the debug console does not work for you, you may need to enable it:
You must configure in the Siteadmin ''client''. Go to QC Site Administrator (page/tool) and then look for the ''site configuration'' tab and then set the following parameter:
DISABLE_CONSOLE_DEBUG_INFO value to N.
After this you need to restart the QC service and then you will be able to get access to the debug console.
