qtpXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXX – /qcbin/servlet/tdservlet/TDAPI_GeneralWebTreatment [PostCommonSetting] [login_id:XXXXXXX] [connect_id:XXXXXX] [call_id:XX]

WRN

CCommonSettingsLogic.removeSetting(529)

Requested setting (owner – JDoe , setting – analysis_mru/analysis_mru) was not deleted. It may be a SYSTEM setting or it doesnt exist.

The following article from HP discusses the warning message that you are seeing.

https://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM946601

Problem

Warning message: ''Requested setting (owner - , setting - analysis_mru/analysis_mru) was not deleted...'' appears on QC/ALM log files several times.

Cause

Each QC/ALM user should have this entry if he/she is using the Dashboard report module. This entry captures where the user was on dashboard report before she/he logged out. Not having this entry will not be a problem; the only thing missing would be QC will not remember where user was in Dashboard report when user last logged out. In other words, it will not remember which report or graph user visited last time.

Fix

This is just a notification into the QC log files; it is only a reminder when any QC user did access the Dashboard module. Indeed, it helps to see the previous report or graph a QC user was on Dashboard module the last time he/she logged on that QC project.
