Do you mean you have identical objects with the same names and labels and want to keep them unique? If so, you can use the ordinal identifier (like index or location) to identify the objects. If you don't like the names of the objects being the same in your script, you can go into the Object Repository and rename the 'logical name' or label of the object to whatever you like and it will change the object name in the script without affecting the recognition of the object.
