Special characters being transformed during import in .vbs files

We are having issue with .vbs file, while importing a .vbs file into UFT, non-English characters are being transformed into special characters.

Please try the below workaround : Open the .vbs file with a text editor such as Notepad, visual studio code, etc Check that all the special characters are correct. Verify that the file is saved as UNICODE and not as **UTF-8** The way of how **UTF-8** save the special characters make some conflicts with UFT so all the special characters should be saved as UNICODE.
