No, Sprinter does not have a spell check for test creation.

The only spell check feature it has is for when testing your web based applications. During testing it can run a Scanner feature to do spell check against the app.

Take a look at the Sprinter guide to get details on the Scanner feature. Again this is just for test runs, and not for creation.
