You will want to check the permissions for the user group under the Permissions and then the Resources tab.

For Resources, the following permissions (checked boxes) are required:

***Resources>Resource ==== Create, Update, and Delete (all sub items under Update must be checked)
Resources>Resource Folder ==== Create and update (all sub items under Update must be checked)***

Please verify your users in their group have those permissions. That should stop the permission message.

If you look to the Sprinter guide for your version of Sprinter, there will be a section that details all the required permissions that Sprinter will need for proper access. Note, for the update permission items, all sub items must be checked off. Sprinter is very much an ''all or nothing'' for update rights.
