I am receiving an error when trying to run a manual test in Sprinter 11.52 directly out of QC. I have tried direct from Sprinter to, but typically I launch from within QC.

Sprinter has been working fine, but on all tests from a set, I get an error.

The error is as follows:

An error has occurred and Sprinter needs to close.
Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

That particular error, ''Padding is invalid and cannot be remove'', is typically related to a decryption issue.

Decryption when in the realm of running tests usually involves a password concern.

Is a password being used in the test that Sprinter is running? If so, check your password to ensure it is correct.

I was using an incorrect and out of date password for the application the Sprinter test run was against. Good call.
