Sprinter hangs while loading ALM files

When I start Sprinter, it gets to the "Loading HP ALM file ##/##" stage and hangs there. I have closed using task manager and restarted Sprinter several times, but it continues to hang in this same spot. How can I resolve this issue?

Using task manager, close Sprinter then restart your ALM service. After the ALM service has restarted, try starting Sprinter once again. You should be able to successfully connect to ALM. Note: Before you restart the ALM service, you may want to make any other possible users aware that you are restarting the service. Marked as spam
