Sprinter image during test run not being saved?

I am running Sprinter 11.52. We had the issue where images were not saved during test creation, and we found through this site to run a patch. Now we are running 11.52 patch 25 of Sprinter. While that fixed the test creation image issue, we now see that Test Run image saves to ALM are not being saved. Checking Run Results Viewer, either the Sprinter Viewer from ALM or from just looking at the run results details, no image is seen. With Sprinter open, you see the images in it after the completion of the run. What's going on here?

Hello, What you are seeing seems to be a regression issue with patch 25 of Sprinter 11.52. In the meantime, if your ALM server supports, can try out Sprinter 12 or 12.01 to see if you have better results. Check compatibility with your ALM server via the Sprinter readme files to see what is required. I will update here when I hear anything concrete about this patch 25 issue for v11.52 of Sprinter.
