Sprinter is not installed on your computer

Hi, Recently installed Hp Sprinter version 11.50, when trying to launch Sprinter from ALM Test lab by selecting the option "Run with Sprinter" getting an error message saying "Sprinter is not installed on your computer". However when trying to run sprinter directly , it connects to ALM without any issues, and post Test execution using sprinter, ALM is updated with the test results without any issues. Using Hp Sprinter – 11.50 version

Did you install the required patch on your ALM server to add support for Sprinter 11.5? I don't have access to my ALM patch information at the moment, but I think it was patch 8. It should say in the Sprinter installation documents. There is also a patch for Sprinter 11.5 to support it integrating with ALM 11.0. That patch has to be installed on the systems where you install Sprinter. Marked as spam
