Sprinter Power Mode execution error on new install that other users are not seeing

After installing Sprinter, and attempting a test run with a screen capture, get error popup that says "power mode execution error". Attempted a reinstall and same issue comes up. Other users do not seem to have this problem with same or different tests. This user's machine is Win 7 32 bit.

Hello,

Issue could be due to the following.

On 32 bit OS a folder '%SystemRoot% SysWoW64' (C:WindowsSysWOW64) exist during installation of Sprinter.

Due to the existence of above folder Sprinter will tries to install it as a 64 bit machine, as result:

- Folder %SystemRoot%/Temp' will contain log file with Sprinter's installation errors.
- Power mode will not works- ''Power Mode Execution Error'' error is observed while using screen capture option.

In order to overcome the problem please manually rename or delete SysWoW64 folder, during Sprinter installation.

That seems to have worked. We did a rename and name back after and the log shows no errors upon reinstall.
