Status field drop down list displays incorrectly when moved to a second monitor

I’m trying to change the Generation Settings on an Excel Report in the Analysis View of the Dashboard. The Status drop down presents the user with a non functional horizontal scroll bar instead of a vertical scroll bar. You are able to type an R to change to Ready but when you reload the report your change didn’t save. It is not restricted to ALM 12.53, as we also found this issue in ALM 11.52 as well. The behavior only occurs when you open ALM on a second monitor. If I open ALM on my primary monitor this behavior does not occur. If I have ALM open on my primary monitor and drag it to my secondary monitor the problem presents itself again. Can you check to see if there is a solution for this issue?

Hello. I will be glad to assist you with this issue. I tested this in my environment, and was able to reproduce the issue in versions 11.52, 12.01, 12.21 and 12.53. I have reached out to HP and made them aware of this issue. They tested this in their environment and was also able to reproduce the issue. HP advised that this is a bug within the application, and the development team has been made aware of the issue. I will update you once I receive further info from HP. Marked as spam
