Support for DevExpress Silverlight with QTP 11

I am attempting to automate testing of an in-house application developed in Silverlight usng DevExpress controls. We’ve installed the Silverlight add-in, but are finding that QTP is not recognizing the control classes. It reports all of them as WebElements, even though they work as buttons, text boxes, list boxes, etc. We are using Silverlight 4 and .NET 4.0.

I have found that third party tools for Silverlight like DevExpress are not supported in QTP 10 but QTP 11 has the ability to extend the Silverlight support by using the extensibility. Marked as spam
