Integration with TFS has gotten better, currently QC synchronizer works with both TFS 2008 and TFS 2010 using synchronizer versions 1.4 and 1.41.

Some important things to keep in mind TFS 2010 can sync both Requirements and Defects using QC Synchronizer, while TFS 2008 can only sync data between defects.

Also support for TFS 2012 is currently slated for future release with no ETA.
