Begining with v11,a new FAVORITES table was introduced to store all of the favorites.
All the records representing the favorites in prior versions were stored in the COMMON_SETTINGS table.

The upgrade process prior to v11 Patch 16 and v11.52 did not migrate the favorite entries from the COMMON-SETTINGS table to the new FAVORITES table.

The upgrade process has been fixed. Patch to v11 Patch 16 or upgrade to v11.52 and enable the new verifier/repairer by setting the site configuration parameter ''ENABLE_FAVORITES_MIGRATION_VERIFIER'' as ''Y'', and then run the repair process to restore the missing favorites in the Test Lab module.
