Test resource not uploading to ALM/QC server when saved?

I’ve tried saving my test resource both by trying to save from UFT and by using the Upload option from ALM > Test Resources, but even though it seems like it saves fine, it doesn’t seem to actually upload to my ALM server. Is this a bug? How can I work around this?

It sounds like your resource file name might include a comma, as this is a known issue where the resource appears to be saved successfully, but the file is not actually uploaded to the ALM server. Try renaming your test resource file name making sure it does not contain a comma and try again.

Thanks very much! That was exactly the problem, my test resource file name included a comma. Once I removed it and re-uploaded, the resource shows as resident on the ALM server now. Thanks again!!
