Test runs in PC 12.57 are missing data when open RawResults are opne in the Standalone Analysis

Hello, We just upgrade from PC 12.20 to PC 12.57 (the ALM at 12.55p2) PC Server 12.57 and all PC host/SA LGs are 12.57; however, after I run a test in pc 12.57 environment and I try to open the RawResults.zip on my local workstation the results are missing data. the PC test run logs show that the data did collate without error from all LGs Please help

Hello, Please verify that your Standalone Analysis was upgraded to version 12.57. Opening RawResults created in the PC 12.57 environment in an old version of Analysis (i.e. Analysis 12.02) will have issues. ALL components in your performance Center Environment must be the same version unless the readme for the upgrade/patch state differently example Marked as spam
