Recently in ALM we changed a field type from String to type Date, now we are getting the error on highlighting some entities: The string was not recognized as a valid Date Time. There is an unknown word starting at index 0

It seems that someone switched this field to a type date AFTER a value other than a date had already been entered in it. So now that the field is a date field it does not like the non date value that was input into it. This can be fixed by changing the field from a type date field to a string field in customization. Then you would need to find any entities with a non date value and delete the bad values before changing the field type back to date in customization. Marked as spam
