Tosca error: ANOTHER WORKSPACE, WHICH IS A COPY OF THIS ONE, COMMITED CHANGES EARLIER

Getting the following error in Tosca:

Unable to proceed!
Another workspace, which is a copy of this one, commited changes earlier.
You will not be able to access the common repository through this workspace.

Any ideas on resolving this  error?

I had this same problem and found a solution on the Tricentis web site at
https://support.tricentis.com/community/article.do?number=KB0011023

It says,

Export a subset of the changes from the current workspace and create a new workspace with the same connection string for this repository, please. Before distributing the workspace clone it using the TCWorkspaceCloneUtil.exe tool. Distribute the clone afterwards."

When I followed these instructions, it resolved my issue.
