Tosca error: Workspace is locked by another system

I’m getting this errror when trying to open my Customer_Account workspace:
What can I do to fix this??

Look in the workspace folder in Tosca_Projects in your machine and you should find a file named Customer_Account.txt. Delete this file and it should unlock your workspace. Marked as spam
