Tosca is not recognizing the Chrome browser

We can get different browsers to open, and Tosca is working fine with IE, but when we try Chrome, Tosca opens it but does not recognize the browser or any objects.

The error we’re getting is:

"No matching tab was found with the following properties:
Title=My Web Site*"

In order for Tosca to recognize the Chrome browser, the Tosca Automation Extension for Chrome must be installed and enabled. For Tosca 12.3 and newer, you can get the extension at this link:

Im facing the same issue for Edge browser. Issue occurs if I’m testing on 2 monitors… after additional monitor removal, the test case run is working any suggestion why this happens? Im going through tricentis tosca exercises
