TRaceability MAtrix is Greyed out in ALM 11?

Hello,
I am not able to access the traceability matrix in my installation of ALM 11 to generate the report. I have all the latetst plug-ins for my Office 2003 suite and everything but the traceability Matrix works.

What could be the issue and is there any work around for this issue?

Hello HomerJ,
Unfortunately the only work around for this issue is to upgrade your Office to a newer supported version such as Office 2007 or 2010, as HP has stopped supporting Office 2003. The fact that everything else is currently working or you is a boon and anomaly as the version you are using is not supported anymore and HP has stopped development on the add-ins that would allow full functionality.

In order to gain full functionality, you will need to upgrade your version of the Office suite.

Thanks for the quick response. I guess I have the option of either not using this functionality and remaing where I am (and hope things don't further stop working in the furture) or talk to my managers about getting upgraded to a newer version. At least I have a resoltiuon possibility. Thanks for the assistance.
