UFT 12.52 integration with HP Network Virtualization 9.0

We are planning to integrate UFT with HP NV, as UFT 12.52 supports this integration. We want to understand the below details
– Prerequisites to integration ( NV Test Manager/Server URL, Network profile ) . Are there any other requirements ?
– Configuration steps ( Tools -Options- NV) . Do we need to ensure any other connectivity ? Any specific ports to be opened ?
It would be helpful if you can share any documents/ demo videos etc that explains the integration in detail along with the challenges involved.
