UFT Application sits at ”Validating license…”

This is 1 of 10 VM desktops that the automation team has been using for two years. Recently the application stopped working and now just displays a splash screen with the "Validating license…" message. After several attempts trying to resolve I just un-installed the application in hopes that a fresh install would clear up the issue. The installer completes with no issue and followed up with a successful patch install (UFT_00143). Can you let me know of other areas to check?
