UFT behavior not consistent for different users

We have UFT One 15.0 installed on Windows to test our .Net web based application. We access the server through RDP. All of our users have the same permissions. I can record and run scripts with no problem. Other users and record scripts with no problem as well. The problem is, some users can replay the scripts fine but some of the users can not replay the scripts. UFT acts like it finds the objects but does not interact with them properly.

Sounds like zoom/resolution issues. Ensure that each user has the Browser zoom level set to 100%. Also ensure that the OS scaling is set to 100% (Right-click on desktop, choose Display Settings, "Change the size of text, apps and other items" should be 100%). If you are accessing the computer via RDP, ensure the host system has this setting. Marked as spam
