UFT client can’t connect to AutoPass License Server even when port is LISTENING

We have a few UFT clients that can’t connect to our AutoPass License Server. Others can. On the affected clients, we’ve double-checked TCP port 5814 is definitely open (verified by PortQuery showing LISTENING between client and server on that port). Any ideas?

In your AutoPass License Server installation bits, you will see a file, TLS1.2_Configuration_For_UFT_OlderClients.docx. In that document, under "Problem 2" you will see a Reg.zip file. Download, unzip, and run on each affected client machine to update the registry. This fix is required for certain machines depending on their OS and .Net framework version (regarding TLS 1.2 being enabled or not).
