When UFT is running from ALM it seems to sometimes go too fast and have trouble identifying objects but when run straight from UFT it seems to identify these

objects what could cause this to occur?

Many times when you run a test from ALM vs just running it straight from UFT the timing can get a bit off and cause some objects not to be recognized. This is because by default when a test is run from ALM it is run in ''Fast Mode'' whereas when run from UFT it is run in ''Normal Mode''

Set up UFT to run in Normal mode when a test is run from ALM (see this post: http://eyeontesting.com/questions/12248/running-uft-1253-tests-from-alm-in-normal-mode.html)
