UFT not working in Firefox Browser

Hi, I installed UFT for multiple browser testing. We have Scripts save in Quality Center. I am able to open the script from UFT and I have the FireFox browser open but I script is not recognizing the FireFox browser. The script recorded on IE 9.

I have seen this before with an unsupported version of Firefox. Recommend checking the version of UFT with the supported version of Firefox with the UFT Product Availability Matrix. Marked as spam
