Unable to Archive license in AutoPass License Server?

I’m trying to Archive a license in AutoPass (License Management > View Licenses), but I’m getting an error (see attached pic).  Can someone help?

You need to make sure all users disconnected/all licenses are checked-in.  You can confirm by going to the AutoPass > Usage Report > License Usage page and making sure both Live and Commuter/Usage columns show 0.  If they aren't, you'll need to have any connected users disconnect and/or Revoke them.

Thanks, that was totally it. I revoked all users still connected and was able to Archive the license. Thanks for the help.
