Unable to connect to ALM. Getting Error User is currently not associated with any project

I recently upgraded to UFT 14.03. However, I am getting the error ” User is currently not associated with any project” while connecting to ALM. What is wrong? Please see the error below. Attachments:

GoDawgs, For ALM 12.60, you need to have at least Patch 3 of UFT 14.03. Please upgrade UFT to Patch 3 or later and you will be able to communicate with ALM. Please see the chart from the UFT Integration Matrix with other Micro Focus products I hope this helps. Attachments:
