Unable to connect to the LoadRunner Generator(s) using LoadRunner 11.04?

the Service agent is enabled on Load generators, however unable to connect to Load generators from controller. Need help in Setup, configuration, I confirmed they are the same version and DEP is off, and user is admin. Failed to connect to the load generator.Check the output window for more details details are : Error: the Lr_bridge failed to connect to controller

Check that and see if the Load Generators have the Windows firewalls enabled and if they do please disable the Windows Firewalls on all of your Load Generators and this will fix the issue . Note: for Windows 7 and 2008 there are 3 windows firewalls built in and any one of these three firewalls being enabled can stop the Load Generator(s) from connecting Marked as spam
