Orasi Automated Reporting Solution issue on attempted login. How do I correct this?

Hello,

That error generally tends to go with client registration. Such as if you had your ALM client registered and something changed on the ALM side such as a patch or upgrade. After the client refreshes the registration has to also be run again to get the OTA current.

The OARS reporting makes use of the client files same as Excel add-in and other HP tools. Suggestion to fix then is to run the client registration on the machine with the login issue.
