Unable to install UFT ALM Plug-in 12.01 Patch 1

I had UFT 12.00 installed and I upgrade to 12.01. In that process I chose the ALM add-in. but after that I am not able to install UFT ALM Plug-in 12.01 Patch 1 (UFTALM_00075).

UFT for ALM Plug-in Patch 1 is ONLY for client machines that do NOT have UFT installed (i.e., users who want to use the add-in to view UFT resources in ALM without having to have UFT installed). Since you have UFT 12.01 (with ALM Add-in) installed, and you've already installed the main Patch 1 (which includes all needed components for the core UFT and the ALM Add-in), you are good to go.
