This is because you are not using the proper ''AppURL'' that you specified in the ALM Octane installation, typically you specify an address with a fully qualified domain for the octane URL. More than likely you users are trying to just access Octane using something like ''http://machinename:8080'' or ip address instead of the fqdn that you specified during install. If you installed the app and specified a fqdn address then the URL that they use will probably look like this ''http://OurOctane.ourcompany.net:8080'' I would find out from your Octane Admin what was used for ''AppURL'' during setup, this is what you should be using to access Octane.
