We’re using the latest version of Microsoft Edge (Chromium), but our browser policy is causing the installation of the Micro Focus UFT Agent extension to fail. Any ideas?

For Chromium Edge, you'll need to have your company's security policies allow you to make these changes:

*First, add the Micro Focus UFT Agent Chrome Extension to the list of allowed extensions following these steps:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#extensioninstallallowlist

NOTE: the extension ID for the Micro Focus UFT Agent Chrome Extension is: pmapbmihblakhgodloklimjbaoohkiop

*Then, you'll need to add UFT One to the list of applications allowed to communicate with the Micro Focus UFT Agent Chrome Extension following these steps:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#nativemessagingallowlist

NOTE: the application to add is: com.hp.uft.nativemessaginghost

Once you've added UFT One to the list, to enable the communication, enable the NativeMessagingUserLevelHosts option using these steps:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#nativemessaginguserlevelhosts
