Unable to open TruClient Web – Record in IE – missing registry

We are currently using LoadRunner 12.53 with Windows 7 32-bit.
We are trying to check something using TruClient Web with the recording browser IE, but
when I try to launch IE, it gives an error that it can’t launch and to check access to 2 registry entries.
One of the entries does NOT exist; however, in the registry. Has anyone seen this error before.

LR 12.53 does not support Windows 7 32 bit. You will need to use Windows 7 64-bit and try the following:

* Ensure all Browsers are closed
* Ensure to run IE as Administrator
* Right Click on Vugen and select ''Run as administrator''
