User is receiving a ”Failed To Get TSTest Value” error.

Hi,
I have a user that is receiving the above error "Failed to Get TSTest Value" error upon trying to enter the Test Lab and set a filter. The user is also seeing the tabs on the right side disappear when the user accesses the Test Lab.

Do you have an ideas or suggestions regarding what could be causing this error to be produced?

Hi HomerJ,

I have seen this issue before when the user's permissions are not correctly set for what the user is trying to accomplish. I would check the user credentials within the Customization settings for the project in questions. You will need to verify that the user is within the correct group (recommendation is that the user is only a member of one group to insure that the permissions are not inherited or limited from other assigned groups) and that the group has the proper permissions granted. You will need to check for individual modules as well as group permissions.

Thanks again, Dan. The recommendation worked. The user's permissions had been removed, and they only had viewer permissons. We changed the group premissions and now all works. Thanks, HomerJ
