User log in Error in ALM?

Hello All, One of my team members is unable to login to our Performance Center (PC) instance. I have recently imported this user in the exact same way as all of the other users have been. All users are working correctly but this one user is unable to access the instance. Can you please let me know what could be the possible reason for this occurring? HomerJ Attachments:

Hi HomerJ, I notice it says administration on the loading page but I can't see the URL so is the user logging into the Site Administration site or the usual Client desktop site? It looks as though they are attempting to access site administration and if they have not been specifically added as a member of the site administration group for ALM, and given those permissions within ALM, then they will not be able to log in and access that area and the error and inability to log in and access the site administration section is as expected. I suggest they try the normal client desktop login and see if the issue persists?
