User unable to update client flies after patch

Hello, we just patched our ALM server on March 18th and one user is unable to initialize the installation of the client files. We have tried opening IE as admin, clearing temp internet files, running the ALM uninstaller utility, running the client registration directly from the ALM tools page and nothing is working yet. User is a local admin on his machine. He is running Windows 7 SP1 and using IE11. He is the only user currently having his issue. What could be wrong?

This is an Internet Explorer problem. Please do the following:

1. Completely remove add-ons from IE
2. Do a full reset of IE.
3. Reinstall Java

This should fix your issue.
