Users unable to access Web UI

We are currently using ALM 12.21 and we have users that are able to log into the desktop client that are unable to log in to the Web Client for ALM.

There are two things that you will need to check to see if the user should beable to login to the WebUI 1. Look for the Site Parameter ''ALLOW_WEBUI_ACCESS'' if the value is set to N then WebUI access is turned off. If it is not defined in Site Parameters or the Value is Y then the WebUI access is allowed. 2,. For the Project go into Customize --> Manage User Groups and Permissions and make sure that the users that need access to the WebUI are in atleast one group where ''Allow Web UI Project Access'' is checked. Once this is done then your users should have access to the WebUI. Marked as spam
