If you're an admin, you can see every project and timeslot. However, if user(s) are not an admin, then the user(s) have to be associated with each project.
In order for each user to see all projects / timeslots for every project, you will have to assign each user to every project. We recommend assigning each user as a ''Viewer'' only for all projects that are not theirs. This will ensure that they can only view and not make changes to project(s).
Posted below are the steps to add a user to a project as a viewer:
* Users must exist or be added in the Site Admin
* Admin or Project Admin logs into ALM project
* Navigate to Settings (Gear Wheel Icon left of Logout) and select Customize
* Select ''Project Users'' on the left
* Select ''Add user''
* Enter User name and select ''OK''
* Select the ''Membership'' tab
* Verify that the user is a ''Member of'' the Viewer group. Viewer is defaulted.
* Repeat adding every user to every project as needed.
