In the project workflow there will be ''Can_Login'' subroutine , we can prompt messages from this subroutine so that user can know them while logging into the project

Thanks for your reply @sai tell me how to make that happen to every Active project in ALM because we have more than 300 Active projects and its difficult login and modify the workflow for all the projects and is there any way that I can do it at one shot from Site Admin end or any other way.

You can setup a notification banner in /start_a.jsp site by adding a message in ''start_a.jsp'' file.
