What settings we have to perform for Internet Explorer’s Internet Options

We know that after installing UFT, it automatically does the internet options settings.
I have below questions related to this
1.We cannot change the Internet Options in I.E.11 as it is restricted by system administrators.
When we are accessing this getting below error.
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

2.Can you provide me the list of settings for internet explorer so that I can do it manually or request to our system administrator to do these settings in case we did not get I.E settings access.

Starting with UFT the internet options are ran when UFT is installed and not after installed. The permissions needed to be set during the install and during normal usage are describe in HP document [KM183747][1]. Also, the UFT Installation Guide > Chapter 2: Installing UFT >Installing UFT > UFT Configuration Has the following statement.

Configure Internet Explorer settings. Select this check box
to automatically configure the Internet Explorer options that
enable UFT to use the Microsoft Script Debugger application
during test runs.
You can also configure these options manually before
running UFT. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet
Options > Advanced. Then select Disable script
debugging and Enable third-party browser extensions.
