When unchecking Send Auto-Emails and then checking it again is there something else I need to do to re-enable this functionality?

I turned off the auto-email on a project yesterday, made some updates to a few Defects that I didn’t want to be mailed out, then checked the Auto-email again on the project. Now, when changes are made to any defects, no emails are being sent out unless I click the Send E-mail Now button.

Hello! If the emails aren't being sent after the Send Mail Automatically feature has been enabled, the connection between the ALM Server and the Mail Server may be frozen. One way to resolve this issue is to restart the ALM Server to refresh the connection between the ALM and Mail Servers. I hope this helps. Marked as spam

Restarting the ALM Server did the trick. The emails are now being sent automatically after changes are made to defects. I appreciate your help with this. Thanks! Marked as spam
