To do request physical update media
* Log on to the SSO home page at www.hp.com/go/hpsoftwaresupport.
* Select the '' Service Request'' tab
* Choose ''Submit a new service request''
* From the '' Service request type:'' pull down menu select ''Physical Update Shipment'' and complete the remaining steps to submit request for physical delivery of software and updates
- ? Yes you must have a SAID # (be a paying Customer)
- ? In the body of the message include your ''snail'' mail address.
* Processing and shipment of physical media can take 10 to 15 working days.
Once the shipment request for the software media is processed and has left the HP facility, the HP support engineer will update the associated support case with the tracking information. The support engineer will also send an email with the information to the customer requesting the shipment.
